Versions of the iPad fall into one of two main groups: the Wi-Fi and the Wi-Fi + 3G. While a model in the first group is about 20% cheaper than the corresponding model in the second one, the 3G models offer you the convenience of being online anywhere you have cell phone data connectivity (monthly charges apply).

The other point that differentiates the versions is the amount of available memory: the iPad comes in 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB variants.

As far as we know at this point, all other aspects are identical in all models with the exception of 10ths of a millimerter in height width due to the 3G module.
