  1. Please notify me when the App for gotomypc for my IPad is available. That is the only real problem with my new IPad, which I love. I can’t get into my office computer from my IPad, although we have found a way for me to get into the email here.

  2. Charlie Boddy says:

Please hurry I need this tool for traveling.

  3. L. Jones says:

waiting until this app is available before i will buy an ipad.

  4. M Morales says:

I’m in the trial period of GoToMyPc but I will buy the service just when the app is available

  5. David lopez says:

I need that app to go my pc so could go inside my office computer waiting for it

  6. mlbenson says:

Please hurry, been waiting years to access on my i phone and now the i pad,
seems like completing this project would been increased profits for apple and go to my pc.

  7. Mark Parry says:

One simple word (nightmare) not having gotomypc!

  8. R. Tomlinson says:

Really like my iPad. Not being able to access my office computer is only drawback I’ve encountered. Hurry up with the app!

  9. Jonathan says:

Really need this App for Ipad! Come on guys…get into the modern world

  10. dstrauss says:

How can this be taking so long when Logmein has been available for months!

  11. C. Lee says:

I’ve been a GotoMyPC user for many, many years now and I’m growing tired of the snail’s pace of the company’s developers. The iPhone has been available since 2007, the iPod Touch since 2008 and the iPad since March of this year. It is absolutely unacceptable in this day and age for their developers to take this long to develop apps for these devices when their competitors, namely LogMeIn and even some small/individual developers have been able to release remote access apps months or years before them. Bottom line, their developers need to get their lazy butts in gear and release an app. If they can’t release an iPad app within the next 30 days, I’ll cancel my subscription and switch to LogMeIn.

  12. David Lawrence says:

Frankly disgraceful that this app isn’t yet available. I’ve tried logging via safari but get an error message bill cancel my gotomypc account son and use remote desktop

  13. Kelley says:

I have noticed that gotomypc has gotten slower and slower and that there is no app for it for iPad is just not acceptable. My entire company uses gotomypc and I am considering changing to another service. We have many gotomypc accounts, but it is falling behind he times. Gotomypc has neveer figured out how to even make it compatible with apple computer. I would not hold my breath for an app or for one that works well.

  14. Greg says:

has anyone tired Logmein with the Ipad? Does it work? Buying an Ipad if I can remote access my office computer

    Greg

  15. Strazzo says:

Greg – I’ve tried logmein (LMI) for iPad and it works like a charm. I am a G2MPC user as well and in all honesty for most users the logmein solution is as good as it’s G2MPC. Anyhow, LMI is free of charge and you can test on two computers and figure out for yourself – they do charge for the iPad version – it’s 30 bucks – check out the the itunes page for LMI – it has cca 100 comments and with 4 stars rating it’s one of the highest rated apps in the itunes store http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/logmein-ignition/id299616801?mt=8

  16. JMG says:

I use iteleport to connect to my office computer while waiting for gotomypc..it is slow and I get dropped frequently only slightly better than nothing. Gotomypc please hurry I am counting the days.

  17. pinn says:

I am in need of a new netbook and would love to get the IPAD. However, I need to have access to my computer to enter orders in the field. When can we expect the app?

  18. Vincent says:

Please take me off the GoToMyPC for the iPad waiting list. I’ve decided to purchase Logmein rather than continuing to wait for the Citrix Development Team to catch up to the competition.

  19. Dm says:

I am canceling my gotomypc account if it is not going to be available on ipad

  20. JF says:

With my iPad, I never use my laptop anymore but have no remote pc access with my iPad. I just found this forum after wondering justbhow much longer I was going to have to wait. Thanks for the info, I just found a competitor app, called my office, had them download the software, and now I’m up and running while on vacation in Europe!! It’s tough out there, gotomypc just lost another customer.

  21. Scott says:

Use logmein.com… It has been working for a while now

  22. Mike says:

I’m in the same place as most of these people. Use Citrix AND GTMpc. But you guys are too slow! I need access to my computer from my iPad. Your about to lose another customer!!! I’m giving it 60 days before I jump ship!!!!! Does anyone from Citrix read these????

  23. RWes says:

I was a gotomypc subscriber for the longest time and swore by it, but before the iPad had even been released, I had cancelled my gotomypc subscription and witched to logmein.

Even though I think gotomypc has more features and I find it easier to use, having the iPhone (& now iPad app) have been great. There was one instance where at an airport, i quickly needed to disable an AD user. Yes, i could have broken out my laptop (which I dont remember if took with me or not), found a wi-fi hotspot (hopefully free, or would have to pay), wait for it boot up and connect, but was able to address in under a minute on my phone.

Now i walk around the office with the iPad in hand taking care of things on my desktop (via logmein) easily. I just received a gotomypc email: “… Come Back to GoToMyPC and Save up to 50%” and the first thing I went to check for was the avaliablity of an iPhone/iPad app. I dont know if they realize, for how many potential customers this is a large consideration, but maybe I dont myself and maybe us who complain are the minority?

  24. Richard Doyle says:

I will buy an i-pad as soon as gotomypc is supported, any eta yet?

  25. Dennis says:

Been on goto but got iPad for Christmas. Switching to logmein. Cheaper plus citric won’t give eta on iPad app! Come on man!

  26. Lauretta Cook-McIntosh says:

Still waiting for the iPad App. I really love gotomypc and think it works great, but I really need the app to work for me. I will be happy to sign up when it happens.

  27. Christie says:

Please, please, please work faster on getting gotomypc for iPad. I really need this, ASAP!!!!!

  28. David says:

iPad has an app called LogMeIn that does the same thing. One time app purchase no monthly/yearly fee, and does the same thing as GoToMyPC. (i use both).
